There has been talk in Wyoming about secession.  It's talk among their right-wing.  Being good wing-nuts, they cannot imagine Wyoming becoming a sovereign nation without a full and deadly military.  These crazies are concerned about Wyoming having not only a navy, but an aircraft carrier.
